As businesses realise the true cost of printing, storing and posting out customers copies of their invoices, it makes sense to introduce a system that will save money and increase speed of processing.

How it works

Your customer will sign an electronic signature pad attached to your Epos system at the trade counter. The signature is then automatically printed on the invoice while also allowing the salesperson to print the customer name on the invoice. Invoices can be printed using laser printers on plain paper rather than the traditional pre-printed stationary.

How are documents sent to the customer?

Using Integrity Software’s Electronic Signature capturing software is easy and with the ability to now email statements and customer invoices together using the TRADER emailing module, it makes processing month end statement procedures even easier.
